    Command Shift Space adds a task from any app. Type it the way you would say it: the task, the client, the day.

    Track it

    Control Option Space starts any task. Meetings on your Google Calendar log themselves, and the action items from their notes wait on Today.

    Fill the gaps

    Forgot a timer? Write your day in plain words. Kairodrome places each part in your open time and shows you every row before anything is saved. No AI involved.

  4. Friday, 6 PM

    Bill it

    Week review shows every client's hours, line by line. One click turns them into an invoice at your rates. Mark it sent, and record the payment when the money lands.

Where is my data?

In one file on your computer, backed up daily to a folder you pick. See the privacy policy.

Is there a subscription?

No. The licence is paid once. Kairodrome Sync comes later as its own optional subscription.

Do I need Claude or Granola?

No. Both are optional. Kairodrome works on its own with Google Calendar.

What if it's not for me?

Write to support@kairodrome.app within 30 days for a full refund.

Why the name?

Kairos is Greek for the right moment, and a dromos is a track. Kairodrome keeps each moment of your day on track.

Does it watch my screen?

No. If you turn on Activity, it notes the app in front and a browser's site, on your Mac only, to describe untitled time. It is off until you turn it on.
